The majority of us want to incorporate healthy habits into our everyday lives. That is why we’ve incorporated monthly habit trackers in our planners. You can add a habit tracker app to your phone of course, but if you are anything like me, after a few uses, I’m done with it. I will probably not use it again until the start of the next year. But my planner? I use it everyday. It is open on my desk every day at all times.
What is a Habit Tracker?
Here is what our Monthly Dashboard page looks like. At the bottom of this page are four monthly habit trackers. There is space above each month for you to enter which habits you are tracking. Each monthly dashboard on our planners have these. So each month you can track different habits or continue with the same ones.

Healthy Habits Next Steps:
Now that you have all of these ideas, you probably want to have more habit trackers per month. Well, our planners have a dot grid page after each month that you can create your own habit trackers. Or, if all you need is an additional one, there is another small calendar on the monthly spread that you could repurpose for this.
I hope this post has sparked your own ideas on how to use these pages.
